All the staff were great. The food was good. The office staff were very good to me too. If I have to go back into a rehab, I want it to be here. I love it here! You go into some places, and they don’t want to do anything for you, but here, they do everything for you and can’t do enough to help you. I only wish they had an independent living community here, because then I would stay here.

We love Gwynedd. I looked around at a lot of places to put Mom. I wanted a small place where she wouldn’t just become a number. It’ is a small place but with a big atmosphere. They have THE BEST activity coordinators. There’s always something to do. The aides and nurses are wonderful and very loving. There’s always people in the hallways, music on, three lounges to enjoy and two outdoor courtyards. Mom is very happy and feels well cared for. They’ve been doing some updating which is great to see. There’s definitely a happy vibe you get. Of course nowhere is perfect but encouragement goes a long way. If there’s something you dont like , just talk to someone about it. They are there to help. I wouldn’t put my Mother just anywhere, believe me.

The Gwynedd staff is great. Especially Maria, Linsey and Addie who takes care of my mom. They are kind to her and very caring. Also the activity staff is wonderful. Kelly and her team always tries to get mom involved with what they are doing. I would recommend Gwynedd anytime.

The spring clean up and plantings outside of both courtyards at Gwynedd is beautiful and so inviting to sit under the natural shade to take in the peaceful atmosphere. I want to thank everyone at Gwynedd Healthcare and Rehab for the care given to my mother, Sue Kolasa, during the almost six years that she was a resident. It was not just care, but care given with love, patience and concern for her well being. And for the care given to us as her family, especially during these months of COVID when we could not visit in person. Everything was done to make it easy for us to FaceTime or have window visits. No request seemed too hard for to handle.

Staff are excellent and there is a high degree of continuity. Gail, Sue, Annette, Cindy, Maggie, Wendy and Corey, to name a few, have been there from the start helping mom to get acclimated and helping us to deal with her passing. Nellie has inexhaustible patience and kept mom well fed and looking nice. From Matt who kept the building clean and shipshape to Michelle who kept the entire facility going, I can’t say enough good things.

Gwynedd Healthcare is large enough to have all the necessary amenities and staff, rehab and medical personnel but small enough to feel like family. When I walked with mom in the halls or garden and staff members would greet her, I always told her it was like “Cheers”…….everyone knows your name!

I was recently sent to Gwynedd Rehab by Lansdale Abington Jefferson Hospital following an admission there for a seizure I suffered, which required continued treatment.

This letter is written to you to commend your staff. Lia Cooper, Janine and Lana were sent by God to assist me with my recovery from a sciatica diagnosis. Their loving care cannot by expressed in words. I will never forget the excellent medical care and loving encouragement you provided. Lana was always ready to assist me during the night with quick responses to my many needs while enduring very painful attacks from sciatica. I will also never forget Janine, she always came to my assistance quickly with a happy, loving greeting.

The 5 Star rating given to Gwynedd Square Rehab is well deserved. Thank you to all those, including Physical Therapy, who provided me with excellent care while a patient in your facility.

I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the excellent care that my mother received from Gwynedd Healthcare for the last three and a half years of her life. I will recommend this facility to anyone in the future. My mother’s last three days were made comfortable, surrounded by her family and “caring staff”. They took such good care of my mom, I can’t begin to thank them enough. She was there for almost four years. We loved to sit out in the gardens. She (and my family) made a lot of friends there, both residents and staff. My Father was at this home from Jan. 2018 until he passed in Oct. 2018 I could not have asked for any better treatment than he got here. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the facility was always clean. The updating they are doing looks fantastic he was always showing me the bathroom that had been redone in his room he thought it looked so good.

I want to express my thanks to Gwynedd Healthcare for providing exceptional care to my mom over the past four years. My wife and I feel that you took excellent care of her. We transferred her from a nursing home in New Jersey to Pennsylvania, as my wife thought she would have a better quality of life.

I am especially fond of the nurses that I have met such as Tina, Chantal, and Robert. Although I never met Veronica, my mom spoke highly of her. The consistent caregivers that I have met over the years, those that provided care are Marie, Ester and Mimi. My mom said the other caregivers, whom I have not met, were hard working and pleasant too. Mom thought they had a most difficult job.

If I had general questions, the social workers such as Michelle, Jennifer Stacy, and Corey were always knowledgeable and helpful. Wendy was there with administrative and financial concerns. Gail was always pleasant and addressed all of my additional concerns.

My mom was also fond of Paul and other maintenance men who helped with mechanical problems. She also appreciated Maggie’s positive attitude.

I am sure that there are others whom I have missed regarding therapy, activities, dining hall or your coffee clutch. I know mom missed Beth in activities, but I feel Nicole was a great replacement.

I feel comforted that mom loved the weekly visits from the representatives at Corpus Christi Church. When needed, Caring Hospice individuals presented her with great care and peaceful ideology.

Please continue your compassionate work. Mom experienced a quality of life in her later years that we were unable to provide. We appreciate you involvement.
